help me with my SASE

If I use a 9x12 envelope, send 1 letter, 2 photos, and a SASE...from th US to the BRAZIL (for my SASE, the return envelope)
How much postage should I use?
how many seals will global forever use?
I give private addresses/ home address and private emails with something in return {up}
