Sent LOR, SASE, and a playing card on 5/7/2018 to:

On 5/29, the LOR and card were returned in the SASE, along with a small slip of paper which read "No longer signing"

He will still sign - but not for free. I believe he charges $40 per item.

Well I go him in April 2018 - I sent him $40 and my card came back signed, so unless he just stopped this month - Thats why I suggested he try sending his required fee of $40. But who knows he is almost 90 years old, he might actually be done for good.
