Interesting mail day today with autographs. Got a lot back.
First I wanted to let you guys know about a failure Through The Mail experience. I had written to Don Muraco in April 2013. My brother had gotten back from him in the summer and I assumed at this point my card was lost so I did a trade with him in October 2015 to get a Don Muraco autographed card. Ironically I decided to give him another try (yesterday December 11th) and I will keep you guys posted if I ever get that back.
However, my April 2013 envelope came back today. It looked all stained and yellow. Who knows where it was and inside was nothing. Just a blank envelope. So an interesting failure experience, but now that Muraco is signing a lot hopefully I get my retry with him back in the coming weeks or months.
There were also a ton of successes today. One was a long wait from May 2013. My longest wait for a success to date.
Got autographs back from Armando Estrada, Chad Gable, and Billie Kay.
Armando Estrada- Mailed May 24, 2013 (Received December 12th) (Lost my card, but sent back 3 signed 8x10s)
Chad Gable- Mailed September 23rd (Received December 12th)
Billie Kay- Mailed November 28th (Received December 12th)
