Has nothing to do with being an expert about Hogan at all, it's a known fact that he's been sending out secretarial signatures via mail since the mid 90's, and I was with the guys on this board that asked the man himself at Lockdown if he signed fanmail request autographs when he said that he didn't have time for all of that. Do you have an audio or video recording of Hogan saying so? The story has changed so much that it's lost any believability.
