Re: Wrestling Collectors?
I agree Madusa isn't worth $25. I might see $5 or $10 but no way is her autograph worth $25.
Re: Wrestling Collectors?
You're asking her to provide the picture ($8 at the last monster truck rally I saw her at), sign it, and send it to you via mail, and unless you want to risk it in a manilla envelope you'll eant it in a cardboard mailer ($2) and shipped ($2-$5). What in the world do you expect? I've sent to her multiple times over the last three years where I provided the item and postage getting stuff ranging from trading cards to photos of her with the truck, and 8x10s of her as Alundra and Madusa and she didn't charge a dime despite my offer to pay her fee if she required one.jjhinkman wrote:tried to email former wcw/wwf womans wrestler madusa and asking her if she could send a autograph picture of her monster truck. the response was this; If you want madusa's autograph please send 25.00 to this address, once the check clears, you will have a autograph picture of madusa in 7-10 business days.
if anyone every attempts or tries to get a autograph from madusa, dont waste your time or money, its not worth the 25.00 dollars. although some would say it could be worth it, to me, its not worth trying to spend $$$ on her.
It's your opinion that she's not worth $25, but she's doing more than just signing a photo for you.

thats true in all, but there are those who cant afford to send anything in a sense that the economy being so bad in all, just makes you wonder if spending the $$$ for the autograph is really worth it, regardless if its 25 bucks, 2 bucks, 10 bucks etc, and just overall your right about she is doing more but how much more could she do for the fans. i mean what more has she done, i know she does alot for the fans , i get that, but its just during the rough economy right now, you ask yourself, if its worth spending the money for her autograph. i can see doing that if it was any other big name wrestlers, but madusa, to me its not worth it, but i know ill get criticize from this post and you have the hardcore fans who would say its worth spending the $$$ .
Re: Wrestling Collectors?
just to end the discussion about what i said about the whole madusa thing is that, yeah she does alot of stuff for the people, but there are those who cant afford to get a picture or to get some merchandise from her at the events or in the stores. i get that she gets a ton of request and people provide the Postage for the mail. i get that these days that all wrestlers, sports people, celebs want a sase with the right postage because of the rough economy right now. but the mistake i made was that i thought someone like her could be nice enough to help out a fan to where i cant get out to my post office to send a sase because my dad is sick and he has parkinsons disease and i thought that she could have helped out with my autograph request. to end this subject, ill attempt to do a sase one day if i get some free time, i tried it once before and i did not have enough postage, and ill try to send someone a sase before i do a letter of request to anyone.

Re: Wrestling Collectors?
I have also an AJ index card for sale and also index cards for Santino Marella, the MIZ, Layla, Sin Cara & Rey Mysterio. I want to get rid of them so I am selling for $10 or $7 each, but we can work out a deal or something I guess
Re: Wrestling Collectors?
I get what you're saying bro, via mail autograph collecting has always been a pricey hobby, but to print off a 4x6 photograph costs 19 cents, figure 90 cents out, and 90 cents back shipping. I'm sorry to hear about your dad, but she doesn't owe you anything if you arent gonna put out any effort.jjhinkman wrote:just to end the discussion about what i said about the whole madusa thing is that, yeah she does alot of stuff for the people, but there are those who cant afford to get a picture or to get some merchandise from her at the events or in the stores. i get that she gets a ton of request and people provide the Postage for the mail. i get that these days that all wrestlers, sports people, celebs want a sase with the right postage because of the rough economy right now. but the mistake i made was that i thought someone like her could be nice enough to help out a fan to where i cant get out to my post office to send a sase because my dad is sick and he has parkinsons disease and i thought that she could have helped out with my autograph request. to end this subject, ill attempt to do a sase one day if i get some free time, i tried it once before and i did not have enough postage, and ill try to send someone a sase before i do a letter of request to anyone.
