If a celebrity represents a brand such as Cheryl Cole for Loreal
Is it possible to get signed pictures from the brand they have represented, even if it is a pre-print :?

Yes. I have a friend who had a few successes this way (though makeup brands) but I believe they were simply passed on to management. It did take forever to get replies.
