Did you send those off around spring training?
I sent during St and got nothing. I sent two weeks ago and already got the success. As each week passes I now realize sending during ST was a giant waste of time, money, and cards. The clubhouse guys MUST be keeping the stuff. I sent to 8 guys who I never heard back from during ST, and all 8 came back signed in under 2 weeks. I highly doubt I will bother with ST again; there is something fishy about that place. If one or two out of 20 signed that's one thing, but to have 8 for 8 come back a success a few weeks later just seems way off.
Well, that is depressing, I'm glad I have about 30 Dempster cards then.

Jose Valverde 1/1 on 08 Allen & Ginter sent during ST.
Johnny Pesky 1/1 on 06 Allen & Ginter. Originally I sent this to his home address and he refused it, so I sent again c/o Red Sox towards end of last season. I was very surprised to get this one back, didn't think he signed anymore.
