Congrats on the success. I wrote to Michael at the end of 2012 while he was filming his final episodes of "Casualty". I also received a "Casualty" cast card with a hand-written reply on the back and also an "EastEnders" cast card from 1994 signed and personalised. I know it was from 1994 because the original BBC logo was on it.
