What soccer teams answer without stamps?
I live in Ukrain and i have no idea where I can get English or Germany or... stamps

I would think you should add stamps no matter what, and not expect the person(s) to pay for the return of your letter?

You could search ebay for almost any kind of stamps, alternatively request to trade stamps with somebody trustworthy.
