Well...i found that address on the website http://www.nadiacomaneci.com/contact.htm
The Bart Conner Academy is the place where she works with her husband.
And i've read it also on the "Celebrity BlackBook 2005".

It is absolutely correct and she sent me a photo with her original signature.
