Foley is probably so expensive because the promoter bringing him in has to make money off his signing. He is in the business, not to break even or lose money, and though he may be doing shows for the love of wrestling he should make a little money.
Foley is also probably charging a lot to come in. He doesn't need the money and probably needs to make enough coming to the show to justify doing them.
As for his price, $40 is a little high but if you're getting both an autograph and photo, I think it's alright. Shows have changed and I'm sure hotel and airport prices have gone up so prices to bring the guys increases and so do the prices of autographs and photos at shows. Used to be only polaroid photos cost money but now polaroids are gone so the promoter needs to break even or make a little money so now photos with one's own camera cost money.
Foley at $40 is freaking bargain compared to some of these no named WWE future endeavored wrestlers who charge $15-20 for an autograph plus $15-20 for a photo. I'd pay $40 all day long for a legend like Foley.

Got autographs back from Jack Swagger and Tatanka today. This was my second Tatanka success but it took a really long time about 6 months as I wrote to him in late August.

I received my card back from Tatanka today after about a 6 month wait. Also, with todays release of 2014 Topps WWE cards with the NXT insert set wonder if it would be better to send to the NXT address or the Full Sail University one? Thanks
