I got a 2nd opinion from a different post office and they said $1.92 so to be safe I listened to them and used the 4 stamps, and 2 4 cent stamps on each envelope.
I don't really mail out 8x10s. I generally get those signed in person or buy them on ebay. This was just a 1 time thing. I mainly send cards only.

I usually put 3 stamps on the first envelope and 2 on the return envelope. I have never had a problem

At least you were fortunate on some people who aren't great signers like Paul Orndorff and Ivan Putski.

Did you use the addy in the database? Lanny even added 69 cents and a tracking number. Make sure you're using the current addy in the database
