To follow up on everyone's questions/comments....
I tried Ax 2 times. I got back the first time, but not the second time.
2013:
Ax- Mailed July 2nd (Received September 3rd)
Ax (2nd time)- Mailed September 17th
I never got back from him the second time. But my brother wrote to him around the same time so maybe he got mixed up and thought we were the same person so he sent it to him but not me.
Congrats on the Backlund success. I had a lot of problems with him but eventually got something signed.
The first time I wrote to him in December 2012 (the time period I started this writing to wrestlers in the mail). After 4 months (April 2013) he sent the stuff back unsigned and left me a note about people profiting off him. It was weird because he actually called my house a week before sending it back thanking me for being a fan and talking old school wrestling for a few minutes. He also mentioned he would get my stuff back to me asap.
Then I tried him again in August 2013 after seeing people have success in the summer. I waited another 4 months and that time I got a signature card back signed in December 2013 but he returned my card of a Bret/Backlund match back unsigned.
Smash worked for Added Value Printing for a while but it appears he is gone now. My brother and I wrote to him so many times because we thought he was a cool guy. Always excellent service and always signed everything free. Cool guy. I had 3/3 on successes, and I think my brother tried him at least 3 times too. Then he finally got a RTS at one point, and no new address has been discovered.
I had a success with Zbyszko in 2013.
