I forgot the exact time frame because when I have a failure at first but a success later I delete that note. But here is what I remember. I believe I wrote to him around January 2013 and got a RTS a few weeks later. I actually called the club Cheetahs and the guy put me in touch directly with the Godfather. He told me he stopped doing fan mail because he was getting hundreds of letters a day and people were profiting off him. However, he said if I came to Vegas he had no problem signing stuff for free in person. Anyway I saw a couple months later people were having success again so I tried him one more time.
Here is my note on him.
Papa Shango/Godfather/Kama- Resent August 20th (Received September 13th) (Kept my 2 cards, and sent back 3 different ones)
So I got back from him quickly but he kept the 2 cards I sent him, but still gave me 3 other cards and signed all of them. Whats funny is my brother tried him a 2nd time around the same time frame and he got a RTS.
So who knows what you will get. He is hit or miss these days. You are likely to get your stuff back. He prob won't keep it but sometimes you get it back, sometimes you get RTS.
