Does Shirley Temple Black sign autographs even when the fan does not send a picture for her to sign?
I don't think Ms Temple-Black will sign unless you send something
I tried twice (including return postage) and got no reply. Then I tried a third time and sent a couple of pics and got them back - no problem 
My advice is to send something
