TV Show Address question

If I were to send a letter to an address for a TV show, let's say for example the Whose Line Is It Anyway? show at the address in the database...

c/o Warner Bros. TV/Hat Trick
4000 Warner Blvd.
Burbank, CA 91522

...who would I be contacting. If I wrote a letter should I write it to the whole cast and crew or should I put a specific name on top of the address and send it to one person?

I would send it c/o (insert address here) with the person's name on top, or send it to The Cast of Whose Line is It Anyway?
c/o .....


That way you would know who you are sending it to and it gets to the person or people that you want.
