Name to use on envelope??

I was wanting to send something to the Wwe wrestler Undertaker on the envelope would I title it Undertaker or Mark Calaway because I am sending to what I believe to be a home address.

I would address it like:
Mark Calaway (Undertaker)
WWE Address
