New in the hobby, help appreciated

Unread post by CiekawyPajak »

Hello friends, like year ago i started to collect autographs, mostly from the country i live in - Poland.
Autographs are pretty easy to get in there as its just needed to send them a letter with a stamped and adressed envelope so they can send it back.
My question come's here, from which clubs, can i get an autograph by just sending an letter without the stamp back? (i mean like spain stamps are unable to buy from me, as i dont live in spain so that would be really hard). Could you guys post the clubs/adressess which are sending back the autographs? All the help appreciated, im new in the hobby and i love it!
Thanks for all the help, and have a great day everyone ! :D

Send your mail during the active season (August to May). During the off-season (June–July), players are on vacation.
Use a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope. Players will not pay for postage to send something back to you.
If you send a card, place it in a "penny sleeve". Keep your letter brief (1 page). Explain why you are a fan and thank them for their time.
Don't send more than 2 items. Sending a stack looks like you intend to sell them, which discourages players from signing.

Thanks a lot friend, Do you maybe know where i can buy legit stamps from other countries so they can send it back to Poland? Its gonna be a long time when ill be back in Spain or any other country in holidays so its like really hard for me to get any, so it can be paid for the club to send it back. Any official websites or something? I know germany has one and im using it and its really good, but no idea about other countries, cant find any :(
