how can I do it & which address I use ( the first or the Second)?

Both addresses should work, however I suggest to write to the first address as it has been tested and the last success seems to be from that address.

Both addresses should work, but you will probably receive a SFM pre-print. She doesn't sign TTM (Through The Mail), although there were some authentic replies from her via venue.
