Fan mail or via venue???

My celebrity is currently filming in Canada via venue. Should I just send my photo there or her fan mail address in the US??
If you have a photo, send Vv.
It also depends what venue you are trying: Canada has been great for me personally, but some of the long time tv shows filmed there don't reply.
