I wanted to know something, does the size of the envelope has to be 9x12? can I send a smaller envelope with a smaller photo, less then 8x10?

Yes, I am sure that you can put in a smaller envelope and picture.

you can always to a smaller envelope as long as you know the picture will fint in there!!
