Banned as JM, make a new name and be a JM again???

Fudgemonkey was removed as a JM, and has now made another account, "DwightKSchrute", and is a JM again. Surely this defeats the point of demoting someone, when they can simply make a new account and instantly be "reinstated".

Fudgemonkey is my brother. I made this account after he was banned because he didn't want me to have one. He doesn't like having to sign out and back in.

can you guys ban me, too? I'm sure you remember me, ROCKMADMAN, eh? I'm tired to this sh*t on this site. It cracks me up to watch this stuff unfold and all your "NEW" members. So, while your on, admin, please BAN ME.
