Hi

Yes you have to become a trainee moderator first so you get experience. But may i suggest you have some more time on here before you apply as you only have 16 posts and have only been a member since January. I was in the same position as you, i wanted to apply but i waited till a global moderator saw the potential i had and applied me then when i had the experience. I think if you apply too early, your going to struggle because you dont know some things collectors question you about; but you could be an expert yourself and only just signed up to the forum so...

Its ideal you wait 6 months before you apply or wait until a global moderator PM you and asks if you can be on their team {up}

There is no publicly accessible application form for becoming a moderator on Fanmail.biz. Instead, the site typically uses an internal selection process based on community participation and merit.
How to Become a Moderator
Demonstrate Helpful Behavior: Moderators are often "elected" or chosen by the administration based on their helpfulness and expertise in autograph collecting.
Active Participation: Regularly sharing advice, providing feedback on celebrity addresses, and helping new members are primary ways to get noticed by existing staff.
Wait Period: Longstanding forum discussions suggest that potential moderators often need to be active for at least six months before being considered for a leadership role.
Direct Inquiry: If you are a long-term active member, you can try contacting the Fanmail.biz administration via private message on the forum to express your interest.
Known Roles
Trainee Moderator (TM): This is often the entry-level staff position earned by proving your value to the community.
Moderator: Responsible for specific sections like "Via Venue Feedback" or "Request an Address".
Country Expert: A specialized role for members with deep knowledge of a specific region's mail systems and celebrity access.
