What's the difference between a junior mod and a moderator? I have already put in a request for jun. mod, but I do want to help out as moderator. do I need to work my way up?
Recent Successes: Ewan McGregor, James Earl Jones, Tony La Russa, Charisma Carpenter, Isaac Bruce, Jimmy Smits, Akinori Otsuka, Scott Hinds (Nien Numb in ROTS), Steve Largent.

Recent requests: Keira Knightley, Terry O'Quinn, Naveen Andrews, Keifer Sutherland, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Robin Williams, Hugh Jackman, Breaking Benjamin, Robert Englund, Hayden Christensen

Yes, once you are a JM you go through a 2 month trial period & once that ends you are evaluated by how much you have contributed to the site and how much you have helped out, etc. All of the moderators vote, & if you get enough {up} votes then you become a moderator, if not.. you go through another 2 months as a JM and once that time is up.. the voting process will begin again & so on. Hope that helped a bit! :D
