I want to send one to her but don't have international stamps, and im not sure if she would reply to just a LOR.

I live in the UK i bought one once then i sent one out in the post with just a LOR and she replied i played it safe this time with a SAE, my advice would be to send the letter with just a LOR and wait about a month if there is no reply then send a LOR with a SSAE

That's a surefire way to waste money... why would anyone plan to send two letters, when one, with a couple of dollars inside would do the job? aside from anything else, it's just SO rude to expect a celebrity to pay for postage to you.
