I heard they were finishing filming at the end of this month. I sent some requests to other people from the show the beginning of last month, so hopefully I have luck with them.

CONGRATS!

So am I too late to try to write to Alex and other cast members since it's late July? I take it when filming is the best but I never know when that is.

I looked through letters I sent last year using the address from here and I sent one to the cast in June 2010 with no word back or return to sender. I also tried to more actors in September 2010 and got no response or return to sender.

Any suggestions? I'm dying to get this tried out with a success. You are so lucky!

I've got a question, which I hope you can answer. I really want to send a letter to Alexander Skarsgard, asking for a photo with autograph, for me as well as a dear friend of mine. Now, I read you have to put envelops & stamps in your letter, or an "International Reply Coupon" if you live outside the US. But the problem is: We don't have that sort of coupons in the Netherlands .. So I don't know what to do now ! It doesn't make any sense to put Dutch stamps on the envelops, and include some Euro's is also not really helpful.

Does anyone know how I can solve this problem ? Because they probably don;t respond if I don't include anything ...

Have you gone to your post office and asked them i they have IRC's? I've only used them twice myself, but I never got a response back when I sent two requests to the UK. I don't know if they are actually used or not. I think you are correct, though, they probably don't respond if you don't include anything. However, they may not respond either way, whether there is something included or not.

Then again, I think my personal problem is that I only send letters of request, I don't send photos because i don't have any and for me persoanlly it is too much to buy/order them.

Don't think I helped very much, now that i think about it, but you could still try your post office. Are you sure they don't have any kind of IRC's or some other postage that can be used internationally?

I did go to the post office and they told me there is nothing like an IRC in the Netherlands .. The only advice they gave me, was to put some dollars in the envelop. But it's going to cost me a lot if I have to exchange money for a few dollars, so that's not really an option either.

What do you mean with sending photo's ? You have to buy your own photo, so Alex can sign that ? I always thougth they had lots of signed photographs, so they could just put them in an envelop and send them off. At least, that's what happened when I asked Sarah Michelle Gellar and David Boreanaz for an autograph ..
