I sent an autograph request, to the following details below:

I received a response around 4 to 6 weeks later, to my home address, in the form of my self addressed return envelope, and the signed picture of Madam Pomfrey (Gemma Jones). Here is a copy of what I received back, where is my personal details blurred/scribbled out.
