Sent him a Disney on Ice ticket (Goofy and Pluto were there) on 5/8/20. Received it back today personalized to my sister as I had requested aswell as myself too.
I used the address in the database.

Can i ask where you got your sucessful address please.
The one in the data base here says Laurel avenue but yours is different.
Have they moved?
