It was signed in person, at an Active Skate Shop in Westwood Hollywood, for a signing event.
I'm currently looking to sell it, to make some extra money. I've had it listed on ebay for a while with no luck, so figured I might try here, where people seem to be avid collectors.
The poster is slightly damaged in some spots, but is in overall good condition.
