The Great Joe Mauer!

I recently purchased a Limited edition Rawlings Gold Glove Baseball on ebay and I've been determined to find a Gold Glove winner to sign it. I am a Rays fan so ideally I wanted Evan Longoria on it but I have some other things that I'd like him to autograph.

Next thing I know the Twins are rolling into town and Joe Mauer won 3 GG awards. So I found some woman with a sign and stayed close. Finally, after more than two hours of waiting he came over just before the game started and signed about 8 things. He signed my ball last and the adrenaline was surely pumping.
This is one of my better IP successes and hopefully plenty more will follow!
