I sent two requests (one for Hayden Pannetiere and the other for Milo Ventimiglia) on july 2007.
Still nothing back.
Do you think it's normal???

You might get something back. I don't regularly watch Heroes but I heard they were part of the Writer's Strike (correct me if I'm wrong) so they prob. started filming again and usually, they would fulfill requests when they are done filming the season. Like last year, I wrote to Hayden at the beginning of January and I didn't get anything back until May, because that was when she wrapped up filming. So give it some time..it'll come eventually!
