'They Came from Upstairs' begins filming on January 21 until sometime April '08 in Auckland, NZ. Good timing for Ashley, since she must be going from filming this straight to filming 'HSM3'. I can't find an address for this, but the production company is New Upstairs Productions Ltd. and I can provide you with an e-mail for Film Auckland.

Hey, well for "They Came From Upstairs", it's like a real house owned by people and in an article it says: "The owners, a couple with four children, will live in a cottage on the site during filming. Cast will not stay on site.”
