i would also like info on the harry potter premiere in new york. i have never been able to attend one yet because of various issues but i am dying to go to one before the series is over. i am looking myself for info and if i find anything i will post it.

Sorry, but its pretty difficult to do this. A lot of the time the actors don't even stay for the entire film and they'll just go to introduce it and leave. I wouldn't try this. I've heard of some people doing this for UK premieres, but I still don't think it's a good idea.
