Not so much as a return I have a question about envelopes in general.

I make every effort when I send out my photos. And everything in the envelope and the outside envelope are pretty much in pristine condition.. I have even put do not bend stickers all over the envelopes.. but most the time they come back with tears on the sides of the envelopes or it looks like somebody trying to get to the envelope, but they couldn’t succeed. I’d like to know if anyone out there tell me to make a complaint.. I believe that it’s at the local level so much as I I think it might be higher up than just the local level. Like I said, I make every effort to make sure when my envelopes are sent out there in pristine condition.. if anyone has any suggestions or answers or help I greatly appreciate it. Thank you oh, and I love this group..
