BarclayCard Arena Hamburg FAIL

I tried several Artists at the BarclayCard Arena in Hamburg in 2016,2017 and 2019 . I have NEVER gotten anything Back. I send them a Tweet.they answered they don't forward Fanmail. They also don't accept fanmail. So it was a waste of money.
