No, I mean for my letter, how many successes would you expect after sending about 200+

Like I say, I would expect about a 50% return, but it would depend on your letter!

I can only comment in my own, which currently brings me in about a 50% return (so 100 out of 200).

Because I have not sent out your letter, I couldn't give you an answer as to how many yours would bring in! I have given you my opinion above as to how I would change your letter, but it is entirely up to you if you listen!

From your recent PM, I gather you have chosen not to use my letter in preference to your own, so all I can do now is wish you the best of luck - I don't know how your letter will do!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cheers!

That's cool. {up}, but which planet are you on again lol  !

Only on the balance of evidence I am nearing 300 autographs / memorabilia using my letter, and you have . . . . about 3 is it?!

There was me thinking you would appreciate me taking the time to write a personal appeal letter for you and your "charity" (I have posted a copy here http://www.fanmail.biz/mboard/viewtopic.php?t=7328 ) so hopefully it will assist others who actually want help!

Seriously, I wish you the best of luck.

I think you are going to need it!

Blitzkrieg - I would seriously suggest you take note of what Ian has to say - he has been extremely successful and you can't argue that his results haven't been fantastic. Also, you did ask for the advice, and Ian has taken a lot of time and effort to help you! At least give his way a try.

Best wishes, Debs.
