irc and photos

hi! i'm new.
i just wanted to know if i live in south america, how many IRCs do i need to send? (usa)
and........
where can i get a photo?
i don't want to buy anything for internet.

The ircs depend on how big of an envelope you are sending. Usually 1 or 2 is good enough. The photos I found to be a great place is http://www.altavista.com

If you want to send photos along with your letter, you can do a search on the internet for nice photos of your favourite celebrities to send along. Search for nice photos on search engines such as http://www.altavista.com or - http://www.google.com (filter your search for large photos) and print them out onto photo paper either at home or somewhere else.

The number of IRC's you will need to send will depend on what sized photos you want to send with your request, and how big the envelope is.

Examples:
- If you send small, 6x4 photos and a similar sized envelope (make sure all the photos fit), 1 IRC will be sufficient.
- If you are sending larger photos such as an 8x10 and large envelope, 2 will be enough, but if you want to make sure, send 3 IRC's.
