Sending Via Venue

If I was to send say a LOR, Photos, and a SASE to one of Taylor Swifts upcoming shows tomorrow, would it just sit there until she plays and they forward to her when the time comes? Or should I send it a few days before they play?

hey you posted in the wrong forum but you dont want to send the request too far in advance otherwise it might be a RTS or thrown away

First you'll want to make sure the venue your sending too passes along fanmail. And second it's best to write 'Hold for Taylor Swift until (Concert Date)' on the back of the envelope that way it doesn't get tossed.

It's best to send a VV request so that it arrives at the venue 3-5 days before the event.

So send it like a week or two before the event?

It depends where you're sending to. If it's within the same countr, I'd say 2 weeks was too early. A week is better.

Yes, a week would be fine. Just remember to put the 'hold for' part on the back.
