about used marks

Hey i have home USA marks which is ulled from received envelope, but it is not stamped, may i use it to another letter? or should i buy new ones?

I'm not sure if this is what you were asking, but I'll try to help out. Are you talking about stamps that have not been cancelled out by the post office? Theoretically, you can use them, but you are not supposed to. I doubt anything will happen if you do.
Just be sure not to put tape on top of the stamp. If you need to, glue the stamp to the envelope.
