A question for all English Collectors

Post by Smudge »

When you send a letter to America asking for a photo, what stamps do you use?

How much postage do you pay?

I usually use 3 first class stamps.

I think its about 68p to send a letter weighing up to 20g, then £1.05 for anything between 20-40g. A first class stamp is worth 29p (it might have gone up to 30p now actually), so 3 or 4 will be needed. Or just go to the POst Office, as they have all denominations of stamps and you won't be wasting any money by going over the correct amount.
