Hey guys i need help i do not know how to write the fan mail i found for her when she dose a show on the 24th do i write it like this

and i was going to send it on the on the 16th my sister said that would give enough time to get there what do u guys think when i send i should if i sent it early that would be to soon right i really want to get her to singed some photos for me.
