Who's Autograph is this?

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right forum , so please move this thread if it's in the wrong place. Maybe about 10 years ago, I purchased a Jackie Cooper autograph on what looks to be an old autograph album page. I'm not sure what year it's from...maybe around 1940?? Anyway, there is an autograph on the back of the page and I have no idea who's it is. Any feedback would be much appreciated.....thanks!!
