REAL MEANING OF RTS

Ok we all know that RTS means Return To Sender well recently I found out it means something else. I wrote for an autograph and it returned with RTS but it said the following on the envelope Refused To Sign Why because so many celebrities' still believe that Covid you can become infected by touching mail I know its ridiculous but celebrities' as we all know are paranoid.
