Iam sending a letter to Nomar Garciappara and need to know what an SAE is.Do I need it to send it to him?Should I supply the picture?

A SAE is a self addressed envelope, and a SASE is a self addressed stamped envelope.

I have no clue what an SAE is...PLEASE HELP
