Where to buy Index Cards?

Where can I buy blank index cards??? I can't find any anywhere :S

Wal Mart, CVS, Dollar General. Food Lion, sometimes you can get them in Bi-Lo or the Wal Greens, arts and crafts stores usually have them...

Anywhere that sells stationary... they are usually by pens note pads stuff like that. Or just make your own from cardstock paper... it is a thicker paper that can be found at places like Michael's or any craft or paper store

Can You explain me what is an index card? I probably know that, 'coz I'm a quite experienced collector, but I can't figure out what is the definition at the moment

Would be thankful for help.

These are index cards:
They are paper cards and are usually 3x5 or 4x6, and they can be lined or not. They're often white.
