Picture upload help?

Im trying to upload a picture but it wont allow me. Anyone know a good way to upload one? thanks!

You need to upload them to an online host, such as Flickr or photo bucket. Then put the URL in the image tags

Go to Photobucket.com and upload it there and then get the URL and post it on here or the IMG code and post it here
