No More IRCs???

I want to send James Roday and Dule Hill (co-stars of Psych) an autograph request to their address in N. Vancouver, Canada, but I just found out that IRCs are no longer being sold by the US Postal Service. :( What should I do? And, what are the best alternatives to IRCs?

Get Canadian stamps from Canada Post, which would've been a better option than IRCs anyways.
