I am new at this to! I am a bit confused do you send the 8 by 10 envelope inside a different 8 by 10 envelope along with your letter?

You fold 1 envelope which has your address and and postage into another envelope which has the address of the person your writing too

Yeah you can fold the envelope with your address into the envelope with the celebs address
