How to ask una signed photo of sarah michelle gellar from Sp

Hello, good evening, I am writing from Spain because the email recently envie "sarahmichellegellar@studiofanmail.com" and apparently the email does not exist and returns the message I then wanted to know how could she ask for an autograph from that method, if outside it or I would very much but somehow I can do from Spain as sending a letter to an address or something, if the second way you could explain me the steps to send?
