Well, I've become a fan of Justin Bieber at the wrong time. I want to send him my My worlds CD Cover for him to sign, but I think its the wrong time. Since his Believe tour starts in less than a month and he's busy rehearsing, I'm not sure if I should send him fan mail yet? I'm from the UK & I'm not sure if he will be replying to fan mail before his Believe tour. Someone please help!
